Zillow: The zillow (itunes) application is a free app that allows you to see a ‘hybrid view’ map, that follows your gps position, and shows the prices of nearby houses.
Occasionally as I’m driving through a cool neighborhood I will launch this app and in real-time, see house prices popping up on a top down view of my current location. While there are definitely more exciting layers of information out there, house prices do offer some value. Be sure to try it out, its really cool, and free!
